A Hatha Yoga class that is a breath-inspired, alignment-based vinyasa style.This class is both static and flow for all levels who are looking to strengthen and stretch their bodies and minds.The classes are fun, inspiring, and self-empowering

This Class consist of vigorous asana sequences and are only recommended for students who have a consistent yoga practice of 2 to 3 times per week. Intermediate classes require a fundamental understanding of the proper alignment of certain poses. 

Asana sequences will incorporate the full expression of each pose with longer holds and inversions.

This is a weekly drop in mediation and mindfulness class for anyone at any level of mediation experience. Topics will vary week to week but every class will cover the most useful skills that you can take into your daily life to help you focus better, increase your mental discipline, and find clarity in your life purpose. You will learn how to calm yourself, experience the moment, and will reinvigorate your interest in those small moments of life that are so often overlooked. The class will teach breath, body, sitting, standing, and walking meditations.
Every class will include a brief guided meditation so you can leave (and live) feeling more cool, calm and collected. Post-meditation glow included.
