The foundation of optimal vitality is a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. We will begin with principles of “core” breathing and transition into a balanced, total-body workout. Focus will be on correcting postural alignment while moving the body towards balance. Progressions, regressions, and modifications will be provided. After a restorative cool-down, we will enjoy healthy refreshments and a discussion on integrating simple nutrition and lifestyle principles into your daily routine.

Hamad Shirazi is a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in strength and performance. Hamad holds a B.S. Ed. in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Georgia and a M.S. Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. Additionally, he is certified by the ACSM as a Personal Trainer and trained at the C.H.E.K Institute as a Holistic Exercise, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coach.
