In just three short weeks, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, including breathing and alignment in the most common yoga poses. Upon completion, you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable attending basic or open level yoga classes.

We all started as beginners and had a first class. We strive to make your first experience in a yoga studio memorable, welcoming and tremendously positive. Learn the proper foundation & alignment of a yoga practice. This introduction of Hatha Yoga will help you understand the practices of yoga such as Asana, Pranayama, Mudras & Bandhas as well as relaxation & meditation. We hope to create an environment that allows you to explore the mind, body and soul in a comfortable, non-judgmental and safe space.
